Health & Wellness Coaching - How it Works

Health and Wellness Coaching is a very client-centered process: the focus is on what works best for you.

I begin my work with clients with a free 15 minute phone call so we can get a feel for each other and make sure that coaching is right for you.  If you decide to move forward we will schedule a Wellness Vision session (which is usually about 90 minutes long).

I typically recommend that clients set themselves up for success by following that vision session with four weekly ongoing sessions (usually 30-45 minutes each).  After that first month, we can decide together what frequency works best for you. Weekly may continue to feel right to you, or you may want to schedule every 2-3 weeks or even once per month.

A Wellness Coaching program will typically last about 3 months, but many clients choose to continue to meet on some kind of regular basis.

I meet with my clients either on the phone or virtually on Zoom. At this time I am not offering any in-person coaching.

Other than our initial Wellness Vision meeting, our sessions will be 30 to 45 minutes.

Components of a Be Well Coaching Program

  • Initial Consult (Free)

    Are you interested in Health & Wellness Coaching? Schedule a free 15-20 minute initial consultation by phone to see if what I have to offer matches what you are seeking. If the answer is yes, we will schedule at least the first 5 sessions during this call.

  • Initial Meeting -- Wellness Vision ($100)

    Our first Health & Wellness Coaching session will typically be 90 minutes. We will explore in depth what you are seeking and why and craft a vision for your best and thriving self. In addition, we will lay the foundation for the path to move in that direction.

  • Ongoing Sessions ($60)

    After that first session, I recommend that we meet for 30-45 minutes weekly or every other week for about 3 months. In general, we will meet weekly for the first four of these follow-up sessions and then make a decision together about what frequency feels right after that.
